摘要
本文验证分布式热泵干化技术设备处理厨余垃圾对环境的影响,检测固体原料及产物的含水率,计算固体物料的减重率,并应用现行肥料标准对固体产物进行检测。结果表明,固体产物含水率小于10%,固体物料减重率达87.24%。噪声、废气和固体产物均符合现行国家标准或行业标准,其中固体产物的有机质含量远高于相关标准,重金属含量远低于相关标准。固体产物进行二次腐熟后完全可以作为营养土用于园林绿化。未来,该技术可在节能方面进行改进,提升其实际应用价值,推进厨余垃圾的就地处理。
This paper verifies the impact of distributed heat pump drying technology equipment on the environment in the treatment of kitchen waste,and detects the moisture content of the solid raw materials and products,and calculates the weight loss rate of the solid materials,and applies the current fertilizer standards to detect the solid products.The results show that the moisture content of the solid product is less than 10%,and the weight loss rate of the solid material is 87.24%.Noise,exhaust gas and solid products are in line with current national or industry standards,among them,the organic matter content of the solid product is much higher than the relevant standard,and the heavy metal content is much lower than the relevant standard.The solid product can be used as nutrient soil for landscaping after secondary decomposing.In the future,this technology can be improved in terms of energy saving,enhance its practical application value,and promote the local treatment of kitchen waste.
