新型锤式破碎机在建筑装修垃圾资源化处置线上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国城市化的加快,大量劳动力融入城市发展进程。全国各地越来越重视土地的重新开发,老旧房屋的拆迁、新房二手房的装修量逐年增加,建筑拆迁以及装修垃圾的产生量随之增多,此部分垃圾被称为"放错位置的资源"。笔者对一种处理建筑装修垃圾的新型锤式破碎机进行介绍,从破碎机理出发研究该型破碎机在破碎建筑装修垃圾时的效果,并根据实际生产状况进行试验测量,结合实验室采样破碎对照试验,针对设备损耗和使用效果等方面进行分析。结果表明,该型破碎机在处置建筑装修垃圾时能够很好地解决破碎机堵塞的问题,相较于传统结构破碎机,该型破碎机的产品中针片状颗粒的含量较低,更符合再生建材的使用要求。在设备使用方面,其具有吨成本低、破碎粒径可控的优点。该种新型锤式破碎机的应用为我国建筑装修垃圾资源化处置提供了更好的技术支撑。 With the acceleration of urbanization in China,a large number of laborers are integrated into the urban development process.All parts of the state pay more and more attention to the redevelopment of land,the demolition of old houses and the decoration of new and second-hand houses have increased year by year,and the amount of construction demolition and decoration waste has also increased,this part of the garbage is called "misplaced resources".The author introduces a new type of hammer crusher for processing construction decoration waste,and studies the effect of this type of crusher in crushing construction decoration waste from the perspective of crushing mechanism,and conducts test measurements according to the actual production conditions,combined with laboratory sampling and crushing control tests,and analyzes the equipment loss and use effects.The results show that this type of crusher can solve the problem of blockage of the crusher well when disposing of construction and decoration waste,compared with the traditional structure crusher,the content of needle-like particles in the product of this type of crusher is lower,which is more in line with the use requirements of recycled building materials.In terms of equipment use,it has the advantages of low cost per ton and controllable particle size.The application of this new type of hammer crusher provides better technical support for the recycling of construction decoration waste in China.
