摘要 目的以"器官-系统"为中心,探索地方医学院校构建五年制临床医学专业整合课程实施路径。方法在文献分析借鉴的基础上,组织专家反复论证,探索实施适合五年制临床医学专业课程整合路径。结果制定和完善地方医学院校五年制临床医学专业人才培养方案,组建教学改革试点班,整合课程教学团队,改革教学方法,加强资源建设,完善考核评价体系,实施以"器官-系统"为中心的医学整合课程教学改革。结论探索出一条适合地方医学院校五年制临床医学专业课程整合的实施路径,有助于医学生创新能力、临床整体思维和自主学习能力的培养。 Objective To explore the curriculum integration of 5-year clinical medicine in local medical universities on the basis of“organ-system”.Methods According to literature,experts were organized to discuss,and explore the integration path suitable for 5-year clinical medical professional courses.Results Formulated and improved the 5-year clinical medical professional talent training program of local medical universities,formed a pilot class for teaching reform,integrated the curriculum teaching team,reformed the teaching method,strengthened the construction of resources,improved the assessment and evaluation system,and implemented the teaching reform of the medical integration curriculum centered on“organ-system”.Conclusions A path suitable for the integration of 5-year clinical medical professional courses in local medical colleges is explored,which is conducive to the cultivation of medical students’innovation ability,clinical overall thinking and independent learning ability.
