装配式建筑增量成本影响因素研究

Study on the incremental cost influencing factors of prefabricated buildings

装配式建筑是我国建筑行业的发展趋势,但装配式建筑比传统建筑增加的成本严重制约了装配式建筑的推广.本文对装配式建筑增量成本进行研究,将熵权法和灰色关联度分析法相结合,分析装配式建筑增量成本及其影响因素,证明装配方案和装配率、标准和规范的完整度、构建生产方案和生产规模是主要影响因素,为控制装配式建筑增量成本提供依据.

Prefabricated buildings are the development trend of China's construction industry,but the increased cost of prefabricate buildings than traditional buildings seriously restricts the promotion of prefabricated assembly buildings.In this paper,the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings studied,and according to the combination of entropy weight method and gray correlation analysis method,the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings and its influencing factors were analyzed,which proves that prefabricated scheme and assembly rate,standard and specification integrity,construction production scheme and scale are the main influencing factors,and provides the basis for prefabricated buildings.
