摘要
为弥补海洋石油钻井平台工程作业传统培训方法的不足,解决实践教学无法有效贴近生产现场的问题,文章基于Unity 3D虚拟现实技术开发一款海洋石油钻井平台半实物仿真教学系统。通过建立、优化钻井平台模型,设计电气设备程序控制三维化动态仿真,将仿真软件和仿真操作平台以及上位机结合,实现海洋石油钻井平台结构原理、作业工艺的仿真教学系统方案设计;通过VR技术让培训人员获得场景沉浸感漫游体验。仿真结果表明,本教学系统具有极佳的互动性和逼真性,对帮助培训人员形成海洋钻井平台认知、掌握钻井工艺、增加处置经验等起到积极的作用。
In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional training methods for offshore oil drilling platform engineering operations,and to solve the problem that practical teaching cannot effectively correspond to the actual production site,a offshore oil drilling platform semi-physical simulation teaching system based on Unity 3D virtual reality technology has been developed.The drilling platform model was established and optimized,and then the electrical equipment program was designed to control the three-dimensional dynamic simulation.By combining the simulation software with the simulation operating platform and the host computer,the design of the simulation teaching system for the structure principle and operating process of the offshore oil drilling platform was realized.The VR technology let the trainers get the scene immersive roaming experience.The simulation results show that the teaching system has excellent interactivity and fidelity,which has played a positive role in helping trainers to form platform awareness,master drilling technology,and increase disposal experience.
