门槽预埋件安装精度对闸门磨损的影响仿真分析

摘要 闸门预埋件精度受施工工艺的影响,预埋件的精度又直接影响着门槽和闸门的受力情况。文章针对进水口平面闸门的结构,在SolidWorks中建立闸门模型,利用ANSYS分析不同安装精度下闸门的受力情况。在Archard磨损模型中,根据闸门受力大小,计算闸门的磨损量。文章的计算结果可以为闸门施工提供一定的理论依据。 The accuracy of the gate pre-installation is affected by the construction process,and the accuracy of the pre-installation directly affects the force situation of the gate slot and the gate.In this paper,for the structure of an inlet planar gate,the gate model was established in SolidWorks and the force situation of the gate was analyzed by ANSYS under different installation accuracy.In the Archard wear model,the wear of the gate is calculated according to the magnitude of the force on the gate.The calculation results of this paper can provide some theoretical basis for gate construction.
