模糊PID控制在水肥一体机肥料原液混合系统中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 田间及温室灌溉施肥一体化系统,简称水肥一体机,通过检测灌溉溶液营养成分及酸碱度,控制原液混合系统释放2种水溶肥参与混合搅拌,达到灌溉肥水标准,然后进行指定坐标精准施肥。其中肥料原液的混合尤为重要,而传统的手工配液和机械配液难以达到精准精细化实时控制的目的。文章提出了基于模糊PID控制的肥料原液混合系统的研究应用,能够有效提高配比精度,节省原液,显著提高水肥一体机的经济效益。 The integrated system of irrigation and fertilization in field and greenhouse,referred to as the integrated machine of water and fertilizer,controls the original liquid mixing system to release two kinds of water-soluble fertilizer to participate in mixing by detecting the nutritional composition and pH of irrigation solution,so as to reach the standard of irrigation fertilizer and water.Then carry on the specified coordinate accurate fertilization.Among them,the mixing of fertilizer solution is particularly important,but the traditional manual and mechanical liquid blending is difficult to achieve the purpose of precise and precise real-time control.This paper puts forward the research and application of fertilizer raw liquid mixing system based on fuzzy PID control,which can effectively improve the proportioning accuracy,save the raw liquid,and significantly improve the economic benefit of the integrated water and fertilizer machine.
