电力巡检图像视频编码研究

大数据背景下,每天需要处理海量的图像数据,这导致图像信息的存储面临巨大挑战。大量学者就图像视频编码技术进行相关研究。文章梳理这些编码算法,同时提出在电力巡检这一特殊背景下,传统的图像视频编码方式没有考虑故障监测端可能是故障识别算法,而不再是人眼视觉的局限性。

In the context of big data,massive amounts of image data need to be processed every day,which leads to huge challenges in the storage of image information.A large number of scholars have done related research on image and video coding technology.The paper sorts out these coding algorithms,and at the same time proposes that in the special context of electric power inspection,the traditional image and video coding method does not consider that the fault monitoring terminal may be a fault recognition algorithm instead of the limitation of human vision.
