摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧,全球范围内患失智症的老年人口数量不断增加。失智的照护问题给照护服务人员以及家属带来巨大的身心压力。文章介绍自研的养老机构失智症照护服务智能化辅助系统的设计与实现过程,该系统基于物联网技术,实时采集长者的位置信息、多种类型的生理信息、以及所处的环境信息,通过人工智能算法可对失智症长者的典型精神行为症状、综合身体机能和所处空间环境的使用情况进行分析,系统通过智能化的手段可以全天候、多维度、实时地对长者进行监护,通过长期的数据积累,提早发现老人身体机能的变化情况,从老人身心及其所处的环境空间等多角度挖掘影响因素,及时改进照护方案,从而极大地提高养老机构失智症照护服务的质量和效率,有效地改善失智症长者的生活质量。
With the increasing trend of population aging,the number of elderly people suffering from dementia is increasing all over the world.The care problem of the mentally retarded elderly has brought great physical and mental pressure to the care service personnel and the families of the elderly.This paper introduces the design and implementation process of self-developed intelligent auxiliary system for dementia care service in elderly care institutions.Based on Internet of Things technology,the system collects the location information,various types of physiological information and environmental information of the elderly in real time.The adoption of artificial intelligence algorithm can help analyze the typical mental and behavioral symptoms,comprehensive physical function,and the space environment where the elderly live.Through intelligent means,the system can monitor the elderly all-weather,multi-dimensional and real-time.Through long-term data accumulation,it can find out the changes of the physical function of the elderly in advance,mine the influencing factors from the body and mind of the elderly and their environmental space,and improve the care plan in time.Thus,the efficiency and quality of dementia care services in elderly care institutions are greatly improved,and the quality of life of the elderly with dementia is effectively improved.
