摘要
在当前的社会和经济发展过程中,对于煤炭的需求量较大,这也对煤矿企业的安全生产提出了更高的要求。煤矿属于高风险行业,煤炭开采作业过程大多是井工开采,基于生产空间的特殊性,这也对生产安全带来较大的挑战。因此在煤矿企业生产过程中,需要做好矿井通风和安全监控系统的安全管理工作,提高生产过程的稳定性、可靠性、安全性和有效性并为矿井生产效益和社会效益的提高打下坚实的基础。自2018年5月1日《智慧矿山信息系统通用技术规范》(GB/T 34679—2017)标准实施以来,矿山企业正向着智能矿山建设迈开加速步伐。《智能矿山建设规范》的实施,将推动矿山企业实现数字化、信息化、智能化管控。文中从煤矿矿井通风系统及安全监控系统的意义入手,分析系统存在的问题,并进一步对优化矿井通风与安全监控系统及智能化建设的具体措施进行阐述。
In the current process of social and economic development,there is a large demand for coal,which also puts forward higher requirements for the safe production of coal mining enterprises.Coal mine is a high-risk industry,and most of the coal mining operation process is well mining.Based on the particularity of production space,it also brings great challenges to production safety.Therefore,in the production process of coal mining enterprises,it is necessary to do a good job in the safety management of mine ventilation and safety monitoring system to improve the stability,reliability,safety and effectiveness of the production process,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of mine production and social benefits.Since the implementation of the"General Technical Specifications for Smart Mine Information Systems(GB/T 34679—2017)"on May 1,2018,mining enterprises are speeding up the construction of intelligent mines.With the implementation of the Code for the Construction of Intelligent Mines,mining enterprises will be promoted to realize digital,information and intelligent management and control.Starting with the significance of coal mine ventilation system and safety monitoring system,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the system,and further expounds the specific measures for optimizing mine ventilation and safety monitoring system and intelligent construction.
