摘要
目的 为降低港航企业的集装箱空箱堆存和调运成本,提升全球集装箱市场的供应链效率,加速箱源周转。方法 提出一项空箱储运成本“减肥法”,即设计出一项新型全折叠式标准集装箱及其辅助工具。基于折叠式集装箱和空箱调运领域的参考文献和创新成果,以及《系列1集装箱技术要求和试验方法》,通过Adobe Illustrator和SolidWorks设计出新型全折叠式标准集装箱及其辅助工具各要件的平面图和3D图,并研究其工作机理;借助Workbench对折叠箱进行模拟试验,以研究折叠箱在最大应力和变形量下的强度和刚性。结果 研究表明该折叠箱最大应力(131.75 MPa)和最大变形量(4.1255 mm)均在ISO 1496—1标准容许的范围内,同时折叠状态下的空箱体积仅为普通空箱的三分之一,宜用于码头堆场、集装箱货运站、货主仓库和集装箱班轮等场景。结论 该项发明有助于为港口企业减少空箱的堆存成本、为运输企业降低空箱调运成本、为货主提供充足箱源运输货物,有较好的应用价值。
The work aims to reduce the empty container storage and repositioning cost of port and shipping enterprises, improve the supply chain efficiency of the global container shipping market and increase the container turnover.A ’’lose weight’’ method of empty container storage and repositioning cost, namely a new fully folding container and its auxiliary tools, was proposed and designed. Based on the references and innovative achievements in relevant field, as well as ’’Series 1 Freight Containers-Specification and Testing’’, the planar graph and 3D diagram of this folding container and its auxiliary tools were designed through Adobe Illustrator and SolidWorks. With the help of Workbench, the simulation test of the folding container was conducted to study its strength and rigidity under the maximum stress and deformation.Result showed that the maximum stress of 131.75 MPa and the maximum deformation of 4.1255 mm of the folding container were within the allowable range of ISO 1496—1. At the same time, the volume of the empty container in the folded state was only one-third of that of the ordinary empty container, which was suitable for wharf yard, container freight station, cargo warehouse and container liner. This invention is helpful to reduce the storage cost of empty containers for port enterprises, decrease the repositioning cost of empty containers for liner shipping firms, and provide sufficient container source for shippers to transport cargoes. It has high value of application.
