摘要
采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20、MCI、制备高效液相等色谱技术对广西美登木(Maytenus guangxiensis)95%乙醇提取物中的三萜类成分进行分离纯化,从中分离得到了4个三萜类化合物,根据其理化性质及波谱数据鉴定为广西美登木酮A(1)、广西美登木酮B(2)、11α-methoxyurs-12-ene-1β,3β-diol(3)和lup-20(29)-ene-3β,11α-diol(4),其中化合物1和2为新化合物,化合物3和4首次从该植物中分离得到。采用MTT法评价化合物1、3和4体外细胞毒活性,结果表明化合物3对人宫颈癌细胞(HeLa)具有良好的抑制作用,其IC_(50)值为10.68μmol·L^(-1)。
Four triterpenoids were isolated and purified from the 95%ethanol extract of Maytenus guangxiensis by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,MCI column chromatography and preparative RP-HPLC.Their structures were determined from their physicochemical properties and spectral data.They were identified as maytguanone A(1),maytguanone B(2),11α-methoxyurs-12-ene-1β,3β-diol(3),lup-20(29)-ene-3β,11α-diol(4).Compounds 1 and 2 are new triterpenoids,along with compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from M.guangxiensis for the first time.The cytotoxicity of compounds 1,3 and 4 was evaluated using the MTT procedure with three cancer cell lines.The results show that compound 3 displayed good inhibitory effects against He La,with an IC_(50) of 10.68μmol·L^(-1).
