医联体视角下不同规模医院对互联网医院选择行为的演化博弈分析

Evolutionary Game Analysis of Internet Hospital Choice Behavior of Hospitals of Different Sizes from the Perspective of Medical Consortium

在“互联网+医疗”快速蔓延的浪潮中,互联网医院不断涌现。本文通过构建演化博弈模型,对医联体内外不同规模医院建立互联网医院时的选择行为展开分析。研究表明大型医院的选择影响着中小型医院的选择,平台型互联网医院的发展影响着大型医院建立互联网医院的积极性。医联体内的大型医院应尽早建立互联网医院,医联体内的中小型医院应优先考虑在大型医院的帮助下建立互联网医院,在大型医院合作意愿不强时,与企业合作是医联体外的中小型医院的最佳策略。

In the wave of the rapid spread of"Internet+Healthcare",Internet hospitals continue to emerge.Through the construction of evolutionary game model,this paper analyzes the choice behavior of hospitals of different sizes inside and outside the medical consortium during the establishment of Internet hospitals.The research shows that the choice of large hospitals affects the choice of small and medium-sized hospitals,and the development of platform Internet hospitals affects the enthusiasm of large hospitals to establish Internet hospitals.It is suggested that the large hospitals in the medical consortium should establish Internet hospitals as soon as possible.The small and medium-sized hospitals in the medical consortium should give priority to establishing Internet hospitals with the help of large hospitals.When the willingness of large hospitals to cooperate is not strong,the cooperation with enterprises is the best choice for small and medium-sized hospitals outside the medical consortium.
