国内外医院学科评估现状的比较与启示

Comparison and Inspiration of Status Quo of Hospital Discipline Evaluation at Home and Abroad

学科建设是当前医院发展的重要课题,学科评估是推动其进一步发展的重要手段。本文按照评估目的和评估主体的不同,将学科评估分为鉴定评估、水平评估、选优评估三种评估形式。根据评估形式对国内外医院学科评估现状进行比较分析,发现国内外学科评估除了在评估目的、评估方向和评估指标方面有相同点外,国外将医院学科组织架构纳入评估,国内把科研和人才培养也纳入评估体系。当前国内医院学科评估存在反馈机制不健全、结构性评估少、缺乏动态管理等不足,本文提出完善我国医院学科发展的建议,为构建全面、有效、客观的评估指标体系提供参考。

Discipline construction is an important subject in the current development of hospitals,and discipline evaluation is an important means to promote its further development.According to the different evaluation purposes and subjects,discipline evaluation can be classified into three classes:appraisal evaluation,level evaluation and selection evaluation.The review compares the current situation of hospital discipline evaluation at home and abroad,and finds the organizational structure of hospital discipline is included in the evaluation in foreign countries,and scientific research and talent cultivation were also included in the evaluation system in China,in addition to the similarities in the purpose,direction and index of the evaluation.At present,there are some deficiencies such as imperfect feedback mechanism,few structural evaluation and lack of dynamic management in domestic hospital discipline evaluation.Then the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the development of hospital discipline in China,providing reference for building a comprehensive,effective,objective evaluation index system.
