摘要
目的:探究中国女性社工职业心理健康出现抑郁的成因,为缓解女性社工职业心理健康问题提供参考。方法:利用2019年中国社会工作动态调查的4501份问卷,进行描述性统计分析、回归分析和调节效应分析。结果:工作规制中的工作支持、工作自主性、日工作时间和工作内卷化对职业心理抑郁产生影响(P<0.05),工作感知中的工作满意度、职业认同、机构集体拥有感和自我评价也产生影响(P<0.05)。结论:工作感知的解释力要大于工作规制(0.137>0.1),且工作规制(工作支持、工作自主性和工作内卷化)和工作感知(工作满意度、机构集体拥有感和职业倦怠)对心理抑郁的影响受到婚姻和工作情绪的调节。为了缓解女性社工职业心理健康的抑郁,需从客观工作规制和主观工作感知角度采取措施。
Objective:To explore the causes of depression in the occupational mental health of Chinese female social workers and providing reference for alleviating the occupational mental health problems of female social workers.Methods:Using 4501 questionnaires from China social work longitudinal study in 2019,descriptive statistical analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and regulatory effect analysis were conducted.Results:Job support,work autonomy,daily working hours and work involution in work regulation had an impact on occupational psychological depression(P<0.05),and job satisfaction,professional identity,organizational collective ownership and self-evaluation in job perception also had an impact(P<0.05).Conclusion:The explanatory power of job perception is greater than that of job regulation(0.137>0.1),and the effects of job regulation(job support,work autonomy and job involution)and job perception(job satisfaction,collective ownership of institutions and job burnout)on psychological depression are regulated by marriage and working mood.In order to alleviate the depression of female social workers'occupational mental health,measures should be taken from the perspective of objective work regulation and subjective work perception.
