摘要
毕业后教育是药学毕业生成为药师前的实践训练阶段。我国医院药师毕业后教育尚处于起步阶段,尚无统一、规范的培训模式。我国台湾地区实施医院药师毕业后教育较早,且已具备统一培训模式。本研究通过相关文献资料及笔者在台湾长庚纪念医院培训实践,对目前我国台湾地区医院药师毕业后教育训练目标及课程安排,师资认证及管理,培训考核方式进行阐述,以期借鉴其在细化岗位培训要求,基于临床需求进行课程安排,严格的师资管理及双导师带教模式,以及多样化培训评价方面的经验,进而促进我国医院药师毕业后教育的整体发展。
Post-graduation education is a practical training stage for pharmaceutical graduates before they become pharmacists.The post-graduation education of hospital pharmacists in China is still in its infancy,and there is no unified and standardized training mode.The implementation of post-graduation education for hospital pharmacists in Taiwan is earlier and has a unified training mode.Based on the relevant literature and the author's training practice in Taiwan Changgung Memorial Hospital,this study expounds the objectives and curriculum arrangement,teacher certification and management,and training assessment methods of post-graduation education of hospital pharmacists in Taiwan,in order to learn from the detailed post-graduation education requirements,curriculum arrangement,teacher management and double tutor teaching mode based on clinical needs,so as to provide reference for the future and to promote the overall development of post-graduation education of hospital pharmacists in China.
