金属磁性衬板在一段格子型球磨机上的应用 被引量:3

Application of Metal Magnetic Liner in First-stage Grate Ball Mill

摘要 针对金属磁性衬板在有色金属矿山、黄金矿山的中型、大型格子型球磨机中应用较少的现状,分析了现场应用时存在的问题,以南京栖霞山铅锌矿为例,提出了在一段格子型球磨机中应用磁性衬板的解决方法,包括改进磁性衬板外壳材料配方和结构、优化冶炼工艺和人孔门衬板设计、使用新型磁性材料等。实际应用效果显著:球磨机台效从1300 t/d提高到1319 t/d,分级溢流-0.074 mm占比提高了2~3个百分点;衬板使用寿命比用锰钢衬板提高2~3倍、更换衬板时间从6 d/a缩短到1 d/a;使用过程中,球磨机的工作电流从34A降低到30 A,球磨机周围的噪声从105dB降低到95dB。结果表明,应用金属磁性衬板可有效提高衬板使用寿命,降低现场磨矿成本,为企业降本增效。 In view of the less application of metal magnetic lining plate in medium and large grate ball mills of nonferrous metal ores and gold ores,the problems existing in the field application were analyzed.Taking Nanjing Qixiashan Lead-Zinc Mine as an example,the solution to the application of magnetic lining plate in first-stage grate ball mill was proposed»including improving the formula and structure of the magnetic lining plate shell material,optimizing the smelting process and the design of manhole door lining plate»as well as using new magnetic materials.The practical application effect is remarkable.The table effect of ball mill increases from 1300 t/d to 1319 t/d,and the graded overflow fineness of-0.074 mm increases by 2〜3 percentage points.The service life of lining plate is 2〜3 times longer than that of manganese steel lining plate,and the replacement time of lining plate is shortened from 6 d/a to 1 d/a.During operation,the working current of the ball mill is reduced from 34 A to 30 A,and the noise around the ball mill is reduced from 105 dB to 95 dB.The results show that the application of metal magnetic lining plate can effectively improve the service life of lining plate»reduce the field grinding cost,and reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of enterprises.
