煤炭资源富集区生态安全预警技术方法与应用研究 被引量:3

Research on Ecological Security Warning Technology and its Applications in Rich Coal Resource Areas

摘要 基于PSR模型与LCCC构建煤炭资源区生态安全预警指标体系,选取涵盖经济、社会、环境、生态四个维度的26个指标,并通过极差法对上述指标进行标准化计算,运用熵权法对指标赋权重,从而得到研究区的生态安全指数。以鄂尔多斯市为例,研究结果显示鄂尔多斯市生态安全预警值呈波动上升趋势,2012—2018年,鄂尔多斯市生态安全水平有所好转,综合预警值由0.4477波动增长至0.5558,增长率为24.15%。根据生态安全分级标准,生态安全状态经历"临界安全-较不安全-临界安全"的转变,警度由"中警-重警-中警"的转变,表明该地区生态环境仍比较差。 Based on the PSR model and LCCC,a warning indicator system for ecological security in coal resource areas was constructed.26 indictors covering the four dimensions of economy,society,environment and ecology were selected.And the standardization calculation of 26 indictors was carried out by range method.Then,the weights of 26 indicators were given by entropy method,so as to obtain the ecological security indexes of the study area.Taking Ordos as an example,the research results show that the ecological security warning value of Ordos presents a fluctuating upward trend.From 2012 to 2018,the ecological security level of Ordos has a good trend,and the comprehensive warning value increases from 0.4477 to 0.5558,with a growth rate of 24.15%.According to ecological security classification standards»the ecological security status has undergone a transition from critical safety and then less safety to finally critical safety,and the alert level has changed from medium alarm and then heavy alarm to medium alarm,indicating that the ecological environment of the region is still relatively poor.
