露天矿山无人机倾斜摄影测量数据的准确性探究 被引量:9

Research on the Accuracy of UAV Tilt Photogrammetry Data in Open-pit Mine

摘要 以爆堆土方量计算为例,验证无人机航拍获得数据的准确性、高效性及采集方式的可行性。建模完成后取模型测量值与实际测量值进行比对,通过分析绝对误差和相对误差曲线确定了误差的大小及来源,在二维数据均较为准确的情况下,选取不同大小的方格网,获得的爆堆体积具有较大差异,进一步确定了体积误差来自模型边缘,属于模型误差;通过对10组数据的对比分析,确定了最佳网格尺寸:爆前为2 m左右,爆后为1.2 m左右。试验结果表明,无人机倾斜摄影能够快速而准确地获得爆堆形态信息并进行长度、面积、体积的精准计算,实现了效率高、成本低的工程需求,为露天矿复杂地形的工程测量提供了一种方便、快捷、高效的新方法。 Taking the earthwork calculation of explosive pile as an example,the accuracy and efficiency of data obtained by UAV aerial photography were verified,as well as the feasibility of acquisition method.After the modeling was completed,the measured values of the model were compared with the actual measured values»and the size and source of the error were determined by analyzing the absolute error and relative error curves.When the two-dimensional data were more accurate,the square grids with different sizes were selected,and the obtained explosion pile volume has a great difference.It is further determined that the volume error comes from the edge of the model and belongs to the model error.Through the comparative analysis on 10 groups of data,the optimal grid size is determined as about 2 m before blasting and about 1.2 m after blasting.The test results show that UAV tilt photography can quickly and accurately obtain the shape information of blasting pile and accurately calculate the length,area and volume,realize the engineering requirements of high efficiency and low cost,and provide a convenient,fast and efficient new method for the engineering survey of complex terrain in open-pit mine.
