摘要
辽宁省本溪市田桓铁路大前石岭段高陡岩堆边坡的加固与修复面临着注浆易流失和土壤稀缺的难题,因此经过实地考察并结合设计要求,提出了"U"型止浆帷幕注浆法+边坡喷播种植方案,并通过对5种注浆材料现场试验结果的比选,决定采用水泥-水玻璃双液作为注浆材料。试验结果证明:"U"型止浆帷幕注浆法能有效解决岩堆体孔隙大和浆液外流污染环境的问题;水泥-水玻璃双液材料与含有植被种子的基材可以完全契合;灌木与植被种子结合能有效起到岩堆高陡边坡的加固和绿化作用。研究提出的岩堆高陡边坡加固和生态环境修复技术,可为后期类似工程项目提供一定借鉴和参考。
There are problems of easy loss of grouting and scarcity of soil in reinforcement and restoration of highsteep slope of rock piles in Daqianshiling section of Tian Huan railway. After field investigation and combination with the design requirements, the scheme of “U” shaped grout stopping curtain grouting + spraying turfing in slope is proposed. Through the comparison and selection of field test results of five grouting materials, that double liquids of cement-water glass are decided to be the grouting material. The test results show that the “U” shaped grout stopping curtain grouting method can effectively solve the problems of large pores in rock piles and environmental pollution by outflow of grout;The material of double liquids completely fit with the substrate containing seeds;In reinforcement and greening of the slopes, the combination of shrubs and seeds effectively work. The technology can provide reference for similar projects in future.
