摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,城市建设用地日趋紧张,城市更新改造已成为一个不可回避的问题。广州市一直走在全国城市更新前列,积极实践旧城成片、连片地的更新改造。在城市更新片区策划方案编制阶段,通过全面评估片区市政设施的现状和规划成果,分析支撑项目开发的实际需求,编制具有系统性和可实施性的市政工程规划成果,并估算出合理的工程投资,不仅为优化、调整更新改造方案提供了重要依据,同时也推动了项目的顺利开展。
With the acceleration of urbanization process and increasingly intensity in urban construction land, urban renewal has become an unavoidable problem. That actively renewal of old cities and contiguous areas have made Guangzhou top ranked of urban renewal in China. At the planning scheme preparation stage of urban renewal area,through a comprehensive evaluation for the current situation of municipal facilities and planning results, the actual demand of supporting project development is analyzed, the systemic and practical municipal engineering planning are prepared, the reasonable project investment is estimated. All of the measures provide an important basis for optimizing and adjusting the renewal scheme, meanpromote the project smoothly at the same time.
