Food safety is closely related to people’s health.In recent years,food safety has attracted the attention of the whole society.Relevant departments should constantly improve the quality of food sampling inspection and monitoring and improve food safety.This paper summarizes the current situation of food sampling inspection and monitoring in China,defines the significance of sampling inspection and monitoring in ensuring food safety,analyzes the main food safety problems existing in China,and puts forward measures to improve the level of food safety supervision and sampling,so as to ensure people’s life safety.
