基于食品安全背景下食品检测工作创新发展研究

Based on the Background of Food Safety Food Testing Innovative Development Research

近年来,人们对健康的关注度不断上升,食品安全已成为人们关注的热点话题,在食品安全背景下,做好食品检测工作成为一项重要的工作。目前我国食品检测工作主要存在有关部门检测力度不够及食品检测方法较传统等问题。因此,食品检验部门要采取相关措施,在提高食品检验工作水平的同时创新检测方法,不断推动食品检测工作朝更好的方向发展。本文分析了我国食品安全的发展现状及食品安全背景下食品检测工作创新发展的途径,提出食品检测工作创新发展的措施。

In recent years,people pay more and more attention to health,food safety has become a hot topic.In the context of food safety,doing a good job of food testing has become an important task.At present,there are some problems in China’s food testing work,such as insufficient testing strength of relevant departments and more traditional food testing methods.Therefore,the food inspection department should take relevant measures to improve the level of food inspection,innovate detection methods and constantly promote the development of food inspection in a better direction.This paper analyzes the development status of food safety in China and the ways of innovative development of food testing under the background of food safety,and puts forward the measures for innovative development of food testing.
