摘要
本文建立了毛细管柱气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定小米中六六六和滴滴涕残留量的分析方法。试样经石油醚振荡提取、滤纸过滤、氮吹浓缩和浓硫酸净化后供气相色谱仪检测。结果表明,六六六的4种异构体和滴滴涕的4种衍生物在0.005~0.100 μg/mL线性关系良好,方法检出限均为0.25 μg/kg,平均加标回收率为80.18%~117.24%,RSD为2.05%~4.87%。该方法操作简便,准确可靠,可在基层食品检验实验室推广。
The method for the determination of HCH and DDT residues in Millet by capillary column gas chromatography with electron capture detector was established.The sample is extracted by petroleum ether oscillation,filtered by filter paper,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,purified by concentrated sulfuric acid,and detected by gas chromatograph.The results showed that the four isomers of HCH and four derivatives of DDT were linear relationship of was good in the range of 0.005~0.100 μg/mL,and the detection limits of the methods were 0.25 μg/kg,the average recovery was 80.18%~117.24%,and the RSD was 2.05%~4.87%.The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and is suitable for popularization in grass-roots food inspection laboratories.
