摘要
为评定气相色谱-串联质谱法测定芹菜中克百威残留量的不确定度,本文根据《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定气相色谱-质谱联用法》(GB 23200.113—2018),参照《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012),建立气相色谱-串联质谱法测定芹菜中克百威残留量的不确定度数学模型,分析检测过程中的主要不确定度来源,探讨控制测量不准确度的方法。结果表明,芹菜中克百威残留量为(0.018±0.001)mg/kg(P=95%,k=2),其中测定不确定度的最重要来源是标准溶液的配制。
According to GB 23200.113—2018,and with reference to JJF 1059.1—2012,a uncertainty mathematical model for the determination of carbofuran residue in celery by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established in order to evaluate the uncertainty.The main sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed,and the ways to control measurement accuracy was discussed.The results show the residue of carbofuran could be expressed as (0.018±0.001) mg/kg (P=95%,k=2),and the most important source of uncertainty is the preparation of standard solution.
