摘要 目的:分析和探究生活饮用水监测中微生物检验技术的应用价值。方法:选取山东省东营市2019年12月—2021年6月的枯水期样本和丰水期样本各48份作为研究对象,采用滤膜法检验(研究1组)与多管发酵法检验(研究2组),统计枯水期与丰水期两组微生物检出情况。结果:枯水期的检验结果显示,研究1组的大肠埃希菌与耐热大肠菌群检出率分别为73.0%、81.2%,研究2组的大肠埃希菌与耐热大肠菌群检出率分别为79.2%、83.3%,研究2组的检出率明显优于研究1组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);丰水期的检验结果显示,研究1组的大肠埃希菌与耐热大肠菌群检出率分别为68.8%、72.9%,研究2组的大肠埃希菌与耐热大肠菌群检出率分别为72.9%、77.1%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究使用的2种微生物检验技术对于检测生活饮用水中的大肠埃希菌与耐热大肠菌群具有较好的实际运用意义,其中多管发酵法的实际运用效果更佳,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze and explore the application value of microbial inspection technology in drinking water monitoring.Methods:48 samples in the dry season and 48 samples in the wet season in our city from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.All drinking water samples were tested by membrane filter method (study group 1) and multi-tube fermentation method (study group 2).Results:The test results in the dry season showed that the detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms in study group 1 were 73.0% and 81.2%,respectively,and the detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms in study group 2 were were 79.2% and 83.3%,respectively.The detection rate of study group 2 was significantly better than that of study group 1,and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms were 68.8% and 72.9%,respectively.The detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms in the two study groups were 72.9% and 77.1%,respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The two microbial testing techniques used in this study have good practical application significance for the detection of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms in drinking water,and the practical application effect of the multi-tube fermentation method is better,which is worthy of promotion.
