摘要
随着人们对身体健康的重视程度不断加深,越来越多的人开始选择通过运动的方式进行锻炼,伴随锻炼而产生的一系列有关运动损伤、运动恢复等问题逐渐得到重视。食用运动营养食品因其不可替代性,已逐渐成为在运动后对提升身体恢复能力和减轻损伤的优先选择之一。本文针对运动营养食品及其功能性成分进行了研究,以期通过对运动营养食品知识的研究,为其未来的发展提供助力。
With the deepening of people’s attention to physical health,more and more people begin to choose the way of exercise,a series of problems related to sports injury and sports recovery caused by exercise have been paid more and more attention.Because of its irreplaceable,eating sports nutritional food has gradually become one of the priority choices to improve the body’s recovery ability and reduce damage after exercise.This paper studies sports nutrition food and its functional components,hoping to help its future development through the research of sports nutrition food knowledge.
