摘要
城市旅游自20世纪末快速增长,吸引城市研究与旅游研究者的关注,同时,地方政府纷纷选择发展旅游经济更新城市,实现地区繁荣。以遗产、艺术和创意产业,以及地方日常生活实践为核心的文化规划已经替代工程规划,构成城市旅游业与城市可持续发展的重要战略。从西班牙马拉加市透过多元文化展示以营造“世界文化之都”与“欧洲旅游之都”的城市更新战略中,可以看到,文化在旅游业与城市可持续发展中的轴心作用,以及跳出旧的区域性定位,采用再全球化和再扩展的思路规划城市未来的重要性。
Urban tourism has grown rapidly since the end of the 20th century,attracting researchers’attention in the field of urban study and tourism study.Meanwhile,local governments have chosen to develop tourism economy to achieve urban renewal and regional prosperity.Centered on heritage,art and creative industries and local daily life practices,cultural planning has replaced engineering planning that constitutes an important strategy for urban tourism and sustainable urban development.With multi-cultural display to create“a capital of world cultural”and“a capital of European tourism”,it can be noted from the urban renewal strategy of Málaga in Spain that culture plays an axial role in tourism and sustainable urban development,and it can view the importance of getting rid of the old regional positioning and adopting re-globalization and re-expansion to make a plan for the future of a city.
