摘要
以雄、雌性梅花鹿和雌性马鹿为试验对象,以鹿的心(乳头肌)、肝(左叶)、肺(右肺上叶)、肌肉(背最长肌、肋间肌、臀大肌、股四头肌)和皮下脂肪8种组织样品为试验材料,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测H-FABP、E-FABP基因在各组织中的表达量及其差异。结果表明:H-FABP、E-FABP基因在鹿不同组织中均有表达,且在同种鹿的不同组织和不同鹿种的同一组织间均存在差异。H-FABP基因在心中表达量显著高于其他组织(P<0.05),而在肺、肝的表达量显著低于其他组织(P<0.05);E-FABP基因在皮下脂肪中表达量显著高于其他组织(P<0.05),而在心、肝、肋间肌和臀大肌的表达量较低;H-FABP、E-FABP基因表达量的高低还与鹿的性别、种类有关。
Taking male,female sika deer and female red deer as experimental animals,and their hearts,liver,lungs and muscles(longest back muscle,ribs),eight tissue samples of intermuscular,gluteus,and leg muscles and subcutaneous fat as test materials,the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology was used to detect the expression levels and the difference of H-FABP and E-FABP genes in each tissue.H-FABP and E-FABP genes are expressed in different tissues of deer,and there were differences between different tissues of the same deer and same tissue of the different deer.The expression level of H-FABP gene in the heart was significantly higher than that in other tissues(P<0.05),while that in the lungs and liver was significantly lower than that in other tissues(P<0.05).The expression level of E-FABP gene in subcutaneous fat was significantly higher than that of other tissues(P<0.05),while that in the heart,liver,intercostal muscle and gluteus maximus were lower.The expression levels of H-FABP and E-FABP genes are also related to the sex and species of deer.
