中国假脐菇属一新记录种

A Newly Recorded Species of Tubaria from China

2021年8月于吉林省白山市和吉林市内采集标本,新鲜子实体的生境及宏观形态照片采用佳能80D相机拍摄,详细记录其形态特征后,将新鲜的子实体置于电热鼓风干燥箱中55℃烘干,烘干后的标本保存于吉林农业科技学院真菌标本馆中(HMJU);应用宏观外部形态特征观察、扫描电镜微观特征观察、分子系统学分析法对采集的标本进行了鉴定。结果表明:通过形态鉴定,并结合依据ITS和LSU基因片段的系统发育分析结果,将采集自吉林省白山市、吉林市的2份标本鉴定为散生假脐菇(Tubaria conspersa),在中国首次被记录。结合模式详细地描述了标本形态特征,并编制了中国假脐菇属分种检索表。

Two specimens were collected from Baishan City and Jilin City.The habitat and macroscopic morphology of fresh basidiocarps were taken with Canon 80D camera.After recording the morphological characteristics of the fresh fruiting bodies in detail,they were dried in an electric blast drying oven at 55℃,and the dried specimens were stored in the Herbarium Mycology of Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University(HMJU).The collected specimens were identified by macroscopic external morphological observation,scanning electron microscope microscopic observation and molecular systematic analysis.The results indicated that the two specimens were identified as Tubaria conspersa based on phylogenetic analysis of ITS and LSU regions and morphological identification.This species was recorded for the first time in China.In this study,the species is illustrated and described in detail referring to the description of the type specimen and a key for the T.species as reported from China is also made.
