大学生创业意向的异质性:基于潜在剖面分析

Heterogeneity of entrepreneurial intention for undergraduates:based on latent profile analysis

采用创业意向量表对918名大学生进行施测,以探究大学生创业意向的潜在类别及其人口学差异。结果显示:大学生创业意向可划分为“低目标低执行组(C1)”、“中等强度创业意向组(C2)”和“高目标高执行组(C3)”3种潜在类别;以C1为参照时,在C2和C3组上,男性(P<0.001)、大一新生(P<0.01)具有更高的创业意向水平。

A total of 918 undergraduates completed the entrepreneurial intention scale to explore the heterogeneity of college students′entrepreneurial intention and it′s demographic differences.Results:College students′entrepreneurial intention can be divided into three potential categories:"low goal and low implementation group(C1)","medium intensity entrepreneurial intention group(C2)"and"high goal and high implementation group(C3)";Compared with C1,in C2 and C3 groups,males(P<0.001)and freshmen(P<0.01)had higher entrepreneurial intention.
