摘要
重点研究了某型飞机常见的油量系统异常告警故障。首先基于对燃油系统供输油原理、物理结构和油量告警机理的分析,建立了故障树,分析和明确了故障原因为油箱密封性问题导致的燃油泄漏。进而通过地面模拟实验,成功实现了故障复现、定位与排除。最后基于历史同类故障事件的分析,对飞机维修和维护中该类故障的规避提出了实践建议。
This paper focuses on the abnormal alarm issue in the fuel quantity indication.This problem is one of the common faults encountered in the repair of one certain type of aircraft.The principles and the physical structures of the fuel supply system,as well as the mechanism of fuel quantity alarm are analyzed.Then,a fault tree is built to identify the fault cause.The cause is confirmed and validated as the fuel leak due to sealing problems in the fuel tanks through on-ground simulation experiments.This fault is successfully recurred,identified,and cleared.Finally,based on the analysis of similar history fault events,practical suggestions are provided for the repair and maintenance of aircraft to avoid this fault.
