摘要
以中国大学生方程式汽车大赛的设计规则为基础,首先基于型号为Honda CBR600RR的发动机相关参数,创新性地设计出链传动的最佳传动比以及链传动的基本参数,并根据相关参数进行大、小链轮的设计。然后基于方程式赛车的设计制造经验设计新的传动系统,选用托森差速器并设计其壳体、输出轴等,实现了赛车的进一步轻量化,从而保证赛车能够拥有优良的动力性能。最终通过对传动系统的关键部件进行ANSYS仿真分析,证明其满足设计的强度需求。
Based on the design rules of the Formula Automobile Contest for Chinese College Students,this paper innovatively designs the optimal transmission ratio of chain drive and the basic parameters of chain drive based on the engine-related parameters of Honda CBR600RR,and designs large and small sprockets according to the relevant parameters.Based on the design and manufacturing experience of the equation racing car,the Toson differential is selected,and its shell and output shaft are designed to realize the further lightweight of the racing car.Finally,through the ANSYS simulation analysis of the key components of the transmission system,it is proved that it meets the strength requirements of the design.In this paper,a new transmission system is designed to ensure that the racing car can have excellent dynamic performance.
