摘要
浩吉铁路长大隧道内铺设弹性支承块式无砟轨道,由于重载铁路无砟道床断面施工工况与常规轨排框架法施工工况差异较大,需对轨排框架结构断面进行针对性设计,调整轨排框架长度并对其结构进行有限元分析,从而优化轨排框架的结构精度。根据实际施工工况,介绍浩吉铁路隧道段无砟轨道轨排施工遇到的隧道水沟侧墙侵线等问题并提出有效解决方案,提升重载铁路轨排施工的机械化程度和施工效率。
The elastic support block ballastless track is laid in the long tunnel of Hao-Ji Railway,due to the large difference between the construction conditions of the non-track bed section of the heavy haul railway and the construction conditions of the conventional rail frame construction method,it is necessary to design the structure section of the rail frame,adjust the length of the rail frame,and perform finite element analysis of its structure.Therefore,the structure accuracy of the rail arrangement frame was optimized.According to actual construction condition,this paper summarized the problems encountered in the construction of ballastless track such as intruding limit of tunnel ditch side wall and put forward effective solutions,and improves mechanization degree and construction efficiency of track construction for heavy haul railway.
