摘要
在石化项目中,离心式液力透平可以对工艺流程中高压流体降压过程中富余液能进行回收再利用。根据可回收的富余液能工况差异,离心式液力透平有多种结构形式可供选择。随着离心式液力透平的设计及应用的日益成熟,其需求量不断提升。文章依据石化装置中液力透平能量回收的实际需要和使用业绩作为理论支撑,着重介绍不同机组配套方案的优缺点及选用注意事项,包括液力透平应用的领域、产品结构、技术难点、机组配套方案等,希望以此增加使用者及设计人员对离心式液力透平的了解,方便需求者在新上项目或后期节能改造中选用离心式液力透平时参考。
In petrochemical projects,centrifugal hydraulic turbine can be used to recover and reuse the surplus liquid in the process of depressurization of high pressure fluid.Centrifugal hydraulic turbines are available in a variety of structures,depending on the differences in the working conditions of the recoverable surplus liquid energy.Along with the increasing technology readiness in the design and application of centrifugal hydraulic turbines,the demand for them continues to rise.Based on the theoretical support of practical needs for hydraulic turbine energy recovery and the application achievements in petrochemical plants,this paper focuses on introducing the advantages and disadvantages of different unit matching programs and considerations for selection,covering the application fields,product structure,technical difficulties,unit matching programs of hydraulic turbines.It is hoped that the owners(users)and the design institutes(designers)will know more about centrifugal hydraulic turbines,which will be helpful for those in need to select centrifugal hydraulic turbines in new projects or subsequent energy-saving revamps.
