摘要
针对石油化工加热炉在运行过程中的监测需求,在某公司的热态试验加热炉上安装了二维温度场采集装置,并对采集到的温度数据及其热成像图进行了分析和研究。基于二维温度场信息的温度和图像双重属性,文章融合了温度和图像两个维度的分析手段,充分挖掘炉膛温度数据的应用价值,实现了炉膛三维温度场构建、火焰燃烧诊断、熄火报警、炉管超温热点及变形监测等功能,为监控加热炉正常运行提供了更多的技术手段。
According to the monitoring requirements of petrochemical fired heaters in the operation process,a two-dimensional temperature field acquisition device is installed on the combustion test heater of a company,and the collected temperature data and the thermal imaging map are analyzed and studied.Based on the dual attributes of temperature and image with two-dimensional temperature field information,this paper integrates the analysis means of both temperature and image dimensions,fully exploits the application value of furnace chamber temperature data,and realizes the functions of three-dimensional furnace chamber temperature field construction,flame combustion diagnosis,flame out alarm,furnace tube over-temperature hot spot and deformation monitoring,which provides more technical means to monitor the normal operation of heaters.
