智能放煤技术在某矿综放工作面的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 运用高精度姿态传感器实现了对放顶煤支架后部尾梁姿态的精准控制,实践表明:尾梁姿态控制角度误差最大值0.4°,插板行程姿态控制误差最大值5 mm,满足放煤自动化对后部尾梁的姿态控制。通过采用人机智能融合记忆放煤+远程监测控制的生产模式,实现了放顶煤工作面放煤的完全自动化,工作面全队人数累计减少25人,减幅25%,达到了矿井减员提效的目的。 The high-precision attitude sensor is used to realize the precise control of the tail beam attitude at the back of the top coal caving support.The practice shows that the maximum error of the tail beam attitude control angle is 0.4°,the maximum error of the plug-in plate stroke attitude control is 5 mm,which can meet the coal caving automation’s attitude control of the rear tail beam.By adopting the production mode of man-machine intelligent fusion memory coal caving and remote monitoring control,the full automation of coal caving in the top coal caving face is realized.The total number of the whole team in the face is reduced by 25,and the reduction rate is 25%.The purpose of reducing staff and improving efficiency in the mine is achieved.
