CEPPA抑制煤自燃热动力学研究

摘要 为了研究有机磷系阻化剂2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸(CEPPA)对煤自燃的抑制效果,采用同步热分析仪进行热重实验,对比分析原煤样和4种浓度CEPPA阻化煤样的煤自燃特征温度点,各浓度阻化剂均可提高煤自燃氧化过程中的特征温度点(活性温度和燃尽温度等),当CEPPA阻化剂浓度为20%时阻化效果最佳。CEPPA阻化剂的加入,使煤自燃的最大释热功率温度显著提高,降低了煤自燃最大释热功率,抑制了煤自燃过程中热量的释放。动力学分析结果表明,阻化煤样的表观活化能在煤自燃氧化3个阶段较原煤均增加,且在受热分解阶段增加量最大为31.34 kJ/mol。因此,CEPPA阻化剂可在煤自燃氧化全过程起到抑制作用。 In order to study the inhibition effect of organophosphorus inhibitor 2-carboxyethyl phenylphosphonic acid(CEPPA)on coal spontaneous combustion,thermogravimetric experiments were carried out by using a synchronous thermal analyzer.The characteristic temperature points of coal spontaneous combustion between raw coal samples and four kinds of CEPPA inhibitor-coal samples were compared and analyzed.The characteristic temperature points(active temperature and burnout temperature,etc.)in the process of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation can be increased with each concentration of the inhibitor,and the best effect is when the concentration of the inhibitor CEPPA is 20%.The addition of CEPPA inhibitor significantly increases the maximum heat release power temperature of coal spontaneous combustion,reduces the maximum heat release power of coal spontaneous combustion,and restrains the heat release in the process of coal spontaneous combustion.The kinetic analysis results show that the apparent activation energy of the blocked coal increases in the three stages of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation compared with the raw coal,and the maximum increase is 31.34 kJ/mol in the pyrolysis stage.Therefore,CEPPA inhibitor can inhibit the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation.
