小保当矿井粉尘高效治理技术探讨 被引量:3

摘要 矿井粉尘污染一直是煤矿管理工作的重点问题。高浓度粉尘的产生,不仅增加矿工患尘肺病的概率,而且由于粉尘本身的理化性质,在一定浓度下极具燃烧和爆炸的风险,严重影响煤矿的安全生产。通过分析小保当矿井粉尘污染现状,在分析国内外先进粉尘防治技术及开采工艺的基础上,结合小保当矿井当前粉尘治理实际需求,提出针对采掘工作面以及运输巷、转载点等粉尘治理措施,以期实现全矿井粉尘综合治理,有效改善矿井整体工作环境,实现"安全、绿色"开采局面。 Mine dust pollution has always been the key problem in coal mine management.The generation of high-concentration dust not only increases the probability of pneumoconiosis among miners,but also has the risk of burning and explosion at a certain concentration due to the physical and chemical properties of dust itself,which seriously affects the safe production of coal mines.Based on the analysis of dust pollution status in Xiaobaodang mine,advanced dust control technology and mining technology at home and abroad,and combined with the actual demand of dust control in Xiaobaodang mine,puts forward dust control measures for mining face,transportation lane and transfer point,so as to realize comprehensive dust control in the whole mine,effectively improve the overall working environment of the mine and realize"safe and green"mining situation.
