摘要 针对隔爆电控箱粗糙笨重的结构布局,为最大限度的减轻其重量,结合节能减排的绿色开发思想,提出了轻量化设计理念。在满足隔爆要求的条件下,从改变箱体材质、合理布置肋板分布、优化结构3方面提出了轻量化设计方法,并据此详细介绍了具体实施措施,最终通过强度计算、受力分析,验证设计的正确性。 Aiming at the rough and bulky structure layout of flameproof electric control box,in order to reduce its weight to the maximum,combined with the green development idea of energy saving and emission reduction,the lightweight design concept is proposed.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of flameproof,the lightweight design method is put forward from three aspects of changing the material of the box,reasonably arranging the distribution of ribs and optimizing the structure.And the specific implementation measures are introduced in detail.Finally,the correctness of the design is verified through strength calculation and finite element analysis.
