‘新冬26’和‘鄂恩1号’杂交F_(2)代萌发期耐盐性分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Salt Tolerance of Hybrid F;of ’Xindong26’ and’ E ’en1’ During Germination Period

摘要 为了解杂交F_(2)代的耐盐性,明确F_(2)代对盐胁迫的生理响应特征,本研究以耐盐型小麦‘新冬26’(母本)和盐敏感型小麦‘鄂恩1号’(父本)及其正反交F_(2)代(F_(1)代自交种子)为材料,以父本和母本筛选合适的Na Cl浓度,以该Na Cl浓度处理各种子,测定各材料的发芽率,特定时期的根长、芽长、抗氧化酶活性(APX,SOD,POD,CAT)和MDA(丙二醛)含量,并通过相关性分析、隶属函数法对F_(2)代进行耐盐性综合评价,以明确F_(2)代的耐盐性生理响应特征和耐盐性差异。结果表明:200 mmol/L Na Cl为合适F_(2)代筛选浓度,在该浓度下,‘新冬26’和‘鄂恩1号’的发芽率有显著差异,能够广泛区分F_(2)代发芽率;盐胁迫下F_(2)代的发芽率、根长、芽长显著下降,抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量升高,与对照差异显著,不同材料的各指标变化程度不同,整体上F_(2)代的各指标优于盐敏感的亲本,生长良好,耐盐性强;耐盐性综合评价结果显示,F_(2)代各指标相关关系显著,各材料的耐盐性顺序为:A5>A3>A4>C10>C5>C4>C3>A7>‘新冬26’>‘鄂恩1号’,杂交F_(2)代的耐盐性强于亲本,正反交耐盐性有差异,但仍有明显的杂种优势。本研究结果为小麦的耐盐育种提供科学依据。 In order to understand the salt tolerance of the hybrid F_(2) generation,clarify the physiological response characteristics of the F_(2) generation to salt stress,this study used salt-tolerant wheat’Xindong26’(female parent)and salt-sensitive type wheat’E’en1’(male parent)and its reciprocal F_(2) generation(F_(1) selfed seeds)are used as materials.The male parent and female parent are used to screen the appropriate Na Cl concentration,and the various seeds are treated with this Na Cl concentration.Determine the germination rate of each material,root length,shoot length,antioxidant enzyme activity(APX,SOD,POD,CAT)and MDA(Malondialdehyde)content in a specific period,and analyze the F_(2) generation by correlation analysis and membership function method.A comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance was carried out to clarify the physiological response characteristics of salt tolerance and the difference in salt tolerance of the F_(2) generation.The results showed that 200 mmol/L Na Cl is the appropriate concentration for F_(2) generation selection.At this concentration,the germination rate of’Xindong26’and’E’en1’are significantly different,and the germination rate of F_(2) generation can be widely distinguished.Under stress,the germination rate,root length and shoot length of F_(2) generation decreased significantly,and antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA content increased,which were significantly different from the control.The degree of change of various indicators of different materials was different.Overall,the indicators of F_(2) generation were better than salt.Sensitive parents,with good growth and strong salt tolerance;the comprehensive evaluation results of salt tolerance show that the F_(2) generation indicators have a significant correlation,and the salt tolerance order of each material is:A5>A3>A4>C10>C5>C4>C3>A7>’Xindong26’>’E’en1’,the salt tolerance of F_(2) hybrids was stronger than that of the parents,and the salt tolerance of crosses was different,but there was still obvious heterosis.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for salt tolerance breeding of wheat.
