摘要
特殊教育学校教师的大量流失给特殊教育事业发展带来较大冲击,这已成为当前亟待解决的问题。文章基于“推拉理论”模型,结合特殊教育学校教师流出地因素(特殊教育学校)、流入地因素(其他职业领域)与中间因素(个人、社会、政策)三个维度,对特殊教育学校教师流失原因进行分析,并针对性地提出解决对策,以期为解决特殊教育学校教师流失问题提供参考。
The reduction of teaching staff in special education schools has become a crucial problem and brought a greater impact on the development of special education.Based on the model of the Mpush-and-pull theory",this article analyzes the factors of the problems from such aspects as the outflow places(special education school),the inflow places(other career fields),and intermediate factors which include individual factor,social situation,and government policy.Solutions on how to cope with the problems are also provided.
