支教教师“教学相退”的归因与对策——基于Z省Q市K区偏远乡村支教教师的访谈 被引量:1

摘要 乡村想要真正振兴,不仅需要政策和资金的扶持,更要把握乡村教育这一重要战略支撑。通过对z省Q市K区偏远乡村支教的多名教师进行调查及访谈发现,在支教教师中存在着一种“教学相退”的现象,这主要是由实际学情、缺乏教研、职业倦怠所导致。采用优化提升家庭教育、创建支教云平台、考核标准差异化等策略,可以在一定程度上改善乡村学情、强化教师联系、提升教学效能感,从而缓解甚至化解“教学相退”现象。 To truly revitalize rural areas,we need not only the support of policies and funds,hut also the important strategic support for rural education.According to investigations and interviews with some volunteer teachers from remote villages in K District,Q City,Z Province,there is a phenomenon of“backward teaching and learning”among them,which is mainly caused by actual academic conditions,lack of teaching and research,and job burnout.Adopting strategies such as improving family education,creating a cloud platform for supporting education and differentiating evaluation criteria can partly improve rural learning conditions,strengthen teachers’connections and enhance the teaching efficiency so as to ease or even defuse the phenomenon of^backward teaching and learning.
