摘要
为同时满足总承包对建设成本的压缩以及外方业主对运行经济性的高要求,从主蒸汽及再热蒸汽管道的管径优化选择分析方面进行切入,从而探求平衡其材料价格和机组经济性之间的关系。在管道材质确定的前提下,管道通流能力及其允许压降满足要求的基础上,通过对主蒸汽及再热蒸汽管径壁厚多方案组合以及经济性比较,确定最优的管径壁厚方案,以达到降低机组热耗、提高电厂经济性的目的。
In order to meet the compression of construction cost by the general contractor and the high requirements of foreign owners for operation economy at the same time,the relationship between material price and unit economy is explored and balanced from the analysis of pipe diameter optimization selection of main steam and reheat steam pipelines.On the premise that the pipeline material is determined and the flow capacity and allowable pressure drop of the pipeline meet the requirements,the optimal pipe diameter and wall thickness scheme is determined through multi scheme combination and economic comparison of the pipe diameter and wall thickness of the main steam and reheat steam,so as to reduce the heat consumption of the unit and improve the economy of the power plant.
