摘要 目的:分析B族链球菌感染对新生儿早发型肺炎发生率的影响。方法:选择佛山市南海区人民医院2017年1月1日—2019年12月31日收治的80例呼吸困难患儿,依据B族链球菌培养结果将患儿分为观察组(n=27)和对照组(n=53)。进行B族链球菌检测,统计两组患儿住院时间、住院费用,观察两组患儿临床症状,检测肺功能,收集早发型肺炎发生情况。比较两组患儿住院时间和住院费用、临床症状、肺功能和早发型肺炎发生情况。结果:观察组患儿早发型肺炎发生11例,发生率为40.74%;对照组患儿早发型肺炎发生率为6例,发生率为11.32%。观察组患儿早发型肺炎发生率高于对照组。观察组的住院时间和住院费用均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.374、27.717,P<0.05)。观察组患儿VT、Tptef/tE、75%VT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.525、12.651、10.968,P<0.05)。观察组患儿喘鸣音、细湿性音、呼吸急促、咳嗽、发热率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.228、16.229、19.416、21.958、14.873,P<0.05),鼻塞发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.105,P>0.05)。结论:B族链球菌感染会明显增加新生儿早发型肺炎发生率,严重影响患儿肺功能,加重病情,延长住院时间。 Objective:To analyze the effect of group B streptococcus infection on the incidence of neonatal early onset pneumonia.Methods:80 children with dyspnea admitted from 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=27)and control group(n=53)according to the culture results of group B Streptococcus.The group B streptococcus test was conducted,and the hospitalization time and cost of the children in the two groups were counted.The clinical symptoms of the children in the two groups were observed,lung function was detected,and the incidence of early-onset pneumonia was collected.The length and cost of hospitalization,clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and the incidence of premature pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 11 cases of premature pneumonia in the observation group,with an incidence of 40.74%.In the control group,the incidence of premature pneumonia was 6 cases(11.32%).The incidence of premature pneumonia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The length and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=7.374,27.717,P<0.05).In the observation group,VT,Tptef/tE and 75%VT were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=7.525,12.651,10.968,P<0.05).The rates of wheezing,fine wet sounds,shortness of breath,cough and fever in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=13.228,16.229,19.416,21.958,14.873,P<0.05)and the incidence of nasal congestion was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.105,P>0.05).Conclusion:Group B streptococcus infection can significantly increase the incidence of neonatal early onset pneumonia,seriously affect the pulmonary function of children,aggravate the disease,and prolong the hospital stay.
