摘要
目的:分析精神科易发生噎食的因素并提出防范对策。方法:对32例噎食精神病患者的住院治疗和抢救经过进行回顾性分析。结果:32例噎食精神病患者中,抢救成功29例,失败3例,平均年龄(48.99±11.72)岁。32例患者中有28例是在出现意识丧失倒地后才被发现。精神科易噎食和发生噎食后程度重的因素与患者的年龄、疾病特点、合并疾病、所服药物及副反应、当时躯体状况等多因素相关。结论:精神科应当加强医务人员的噎食防范意识和噎食急救素质,同时要做好噎食的前期预防和向家属风险告知工作。
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of choking in psychiatric department and put forward preventive measures.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the hospitalization and rescue of 32 patients with choking psychosis.Results:Of the 32 patients with choking and eating psychosis,29 cases were successful,3 failed,and the average age was(48.99±11.72)years old.Of the 32 patients,28 cases were found after a loss of consciousness.In psychiatric department,the factors that caused choking and the severity of choking were related to the patients’age,disease characteristics,comorbidities,medications and side effects,physical conditions at the time and other factors.Conclusion:The psychiatric department should strengthen the awareness of choking prevention and first aid quality of the medical staff,and at the same time do a good job in the early prevention of choking and inform the family members of the risks.
