参苓白术颗粒联合西药治疗对抗生素相关性腹泻患儿免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shenling Baizhu Granules Combined with Western Medicine on Immune Function in Children with Antibiotic-associated Diarrhea

目的:探讨参苓白术颗粒联合西药治疗对抗生素相关性腹泻患儿免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年6月廉江市人民医院收治的84例抗生素相关性腹泻患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组口服布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参苓白术颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿症状缓解时间、免疫功能及安全性。结果:观察组患儿腹泻缓解时间为(1.56±0.79)d、胃纳差缓解时间为(2.05±0.74)d、呕吐缓解时间为(1.96±0.63)d、发热缓解时间为(1.69±0.57)d,短于对照组的(4.02±1.19)d、(3.68±1.11)d、(3.76±1.05)d、(3.05±0.83)d,差异有统计学意义(t=11.162、7.918、9.527、8.754,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者免疫指标CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.493、0.151、0.794,P>0.05);治疗后,CD4^(+)(39.06±6.38)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.89±0.35),均高于对照组的(34.11±5.24)%、(1.36±0.28),CD8^(+)(21.55±2.87)%,低于对照组的(24.19±3.22)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.886、3.967、7.663,P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:在西药治疗基础上,抗生素相关性腹泻患儿加用参苓白术颗粒效果更好,利于缩短患儿症状缓解时间,改善免疫功能,且不会出现不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with western medicine on immune function in children with antibiotic-associated diarrhea.Methods:A total of 84 patients with antibiotic-related diarrhea admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder orally,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenling Baizhu Granules on the basis of the control group.The symptom relief time,immune function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The diarrhea relief time in the observation group was(1.56±0.79)d,the gastric anorexia remission time was(2.05±0.74)d,the vomiting remission time was(1.96±0.63)d,and the fever remission time was(1.69±0.57)d,which were shorter than(4.02±1.19)d,(3.68±1.11)d,(3.76±1.05)d,(3.05±0.83)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.162,7.918,9.527,8.754,P<0.05).The CD4^(+)in the observation group was(39.06±6.38)%,and the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)was(1.89±0.35),which were higher than those in the control group(34.11±5.24)%and(1.36±0.28),and the CD8^(+)was(21.55±2.87)%,lower than(24.19±3.22)%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.886,3.967,7.663,P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,Shenlingbaizhu granules are more effective for children with antibiotic-related diarrhea,which is beneficial to shorten the time of symptom relief and improve immune function in children,without adverse reactions,and with high safety.
