Objective:To explore the effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy(EMGBFT)combined with core muscle group training in the rehabilitation of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury(ISCI).Methods:45 patients with ISCI who received core muscle group training intervention in the hospital from September 2019 to March 2020 were set as the control group.45 patients with ISCI who received EMGBFT combined with core muscle group training intervention in the hospital from April 2020 to October 2020 were set as the observation group. All patients were intervened for 2 months. The lower limb muscle strength and balance function(Berg Balance Scale[BBS])were compared before and 2 months after intervention. Results:After 2 months of intervention, the quadriceps and hamstring muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=8.109,9.462,P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the BBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=8.548,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of EMGBFT combined with core muscle group training in the rehabilitation of patients with ISCI can improve the muscle strength of lower limbs and the overall balance function, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
