摘要
目的:探讨以互联网为基础的管理模式在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法:采用前瞻性随机试验方法,将2017年1月—2018年6月郑州市中心医院收治的60例接受常规管理的老年慢性心力衰竭患者纳入对照组,将2018年7月—2020年1月郑州市中心医院收治的60例接受以互联网为基础的管理模式的老年慢性心力衰竭患者纳入观察组,两组患者均管理6个月。比较两组患者管理前及管理后的自我效能感量表(GSES)评分,管理期间患者的管理依从性。结果:管理6个月后,两组患者GSES评分均高于管理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.935,P<0.05)。管理期间,观察组管理依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.286,P<0.05;χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05)。结论:将以互联网为基础的管理模式用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者中,可有效增强患者的自我效能感,提升患者的管理依从性。
Objective:To explore the application value of Internet-based management model in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:According to a prospective randomized trial method,60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 who underwent routine management were included in the control group,from July 2018 to January 2020,60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the hospital and underwent an Internet-based management model were included in the observation group.Both groups of patients were managed for 6 months.The self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores before and after management of the two groups of patients were compared,and the compliance of the patients during the management period was compared.Results:After 6 months of management,the GSES scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before management,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.935,P<0.05).During the management period,the management compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.286,P<0.05,χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the Internet-based management model to elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively enhance the patients’sense of self-efficacy and improve the patients’management compliance.
