人文关怀护理干预对老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Humanistic Care Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Multiple Myeloma Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨在老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中实施人文关怀护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八九医院2018年4月—2020年4月收治的60例老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理干预。对比分析两组患者疼痛程度及医学应对能力。结果:干预前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.524,P>0.05)。干预后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.064,P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者面对、接受、回避评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.149、0.332、0.456,P>0.05)。干预后,观察组面对评分高于对照组,接受、回避评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.419,4.864,5.078,P<0.05)。结论:在老年多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中实施人文关怀护理干预,能够缓解其疼痛感,提高医学应对能力,在临床中有着较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of humanistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:60 elderly patients with multiple myeloma treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanistic nursing intervention.The pain degree and medical coping ability of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(t=0.524,P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.064,P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of confrontation,acceptance and avoidance between the two groups(t=0.149,0.332,0.456,P>0.05).After the intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the acceptance and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.419,4.864,5.078,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic care nursing intervention in elderly patients with multiple myeloma chemotherapy can relieve their pain and improve their medical coping ability,which has high clinical application value.
